Following my recent trip to Morocco, I was inspired to host a cooking class. As promised, I've uploaded all the recipes onto my NEW blog (link in bio), but here's a behind-the-scenes taster of the evening. ... The feast included Harira, carrot salad, butternut squash salad, Bisteeya and a yoghurt soufflé cake.
Spending the day finalising blog posts from my Moroccan cooking class. Here's a throwback to cutting the crispy Bisteeya.
Last night's dinner was slow cooked pig's cheek, served with potatoes and green beans. Delicious.
Tonight I'm having people around for dinner and sea bass with onions, garlic, olive, lemon and tomato, is on the menu. 🐟🍋🍅
